In collaboration with the City of Conway Police and the Horry County Sheriff’s Office, PALM Charter High School conducted a series of standard safety drills this week. To maintain the high standard of safety PALM families expect, the drills are unannounced to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the procedures. In alignment with PALM student and faculty expectations, no prohibited items were discovered during the safety search. We will continue to partner with our trusted local law enforcement agencies to conduct standard, unannounced safety drills to maintain the excellent level of security expected and exemplified by the PALM community. As we head into our Christmas break, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank our students, their families, and our incredible staff. The past few months have been truly wonderful, and it’s been a joy to see so many great things happening across the PALM community. I’m excited for all that the rest of the school year has in store for us.
